1 일어나라 빛을 發(발)하라 이는 네 빛이 이르렀고 여호와의 榮光(영광)이 네 위에 臨(임)하였음이니라

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.

2 보라 어두움이 땅을 덮을 것이며 캄캄함이 萬民(만민)을 가리우려니와 오직 여호와께서 네 위에 臨(임)하실 것이며 그 榮光(영광)이 네 위에 나타나리니

See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

3 列邦(열방)은 네 빛으로, 列王(열왕)은 비취는 네 光明(광명)으로 나아오리라

Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

4 ● 네 눈을 들어 四面(사면)을 보라 무리가 다 모여 네게로 오느니라 네 아들들은 遠方(원방)에서 오겠고 네 딸들은 안기워 올 것이라

Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the arm.

Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.

5 그 때에 네가 보고 喜色(희색)을 發(발)하며 네 마음이 놀라고 또 和暢(화창)하리니 이는 바다의 豊富(풍부)가 네게로 돌아오며 列邦(열방)의 財物(재물)이 옴이라

Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.

Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

6 許多(허다)한 약대, 미디안과 에바의 젊은 약대가 네 가운데 遍滿(편만)할 것이며 스바의 사람들은 다 金(금)과 乳香(유향)을 가지고 와서 여호와의 讚頌(찬송)을 傳播(전파)할 것이며

Herds of camels will cover your land, young camels of Midian and Ephah. And all from Sheba will come, bearing gold and incense and proclaiming the praise of the LORD.

The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of the LORD.

7 게달의 羊(양) 무리는 다 네게로 모여지고 느바욧의 수羊(양)은 네게 供給(공급)되고 내 壇(단)에 올라 기꺼이 받음이 되리니 내가 1)榮光(영광)의 집을 榮華(영화)롭게 하리라
사21:16 창25:13 창28:9 창36:3 사56:7 학2:7     1) 아름다운 집을 아릅답게 하리라

All Kedar's flocks will be gathered to you, the rams of Nebaioth will serve you; they will be accepted as offerings on my altar, and I will adorn my glorious temple.

All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory.

8 저 구름 같이, 비둘기가 그 보금자리로 날아 오는 것 같이 날아 오는 者(자)들이 누구뇨

Who are these that fly along like clouds, like doves to their nests?

Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?

9 섬들이 나를 仰望(앙망)하고 다시스의 배들이 먼저 이르되 遠方(원방)에서 네 子孫(자손)과 그 銀(은) 金(금)을 아울러 싣고 와서 네 하나님 여호와의 이름에 드리려 하며 이스라엘의 거룩한 者(자)에게 드리려 하는 者(자)들이라 이는 2)내가 너를 3)榮華(영화)롭게 하였음이니라

Surely the islands look to me; in the lead are the ships of Tarshish, bringing your sons from afar, with their silver and gold, to the honor of the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendor.

Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.

10 ● 내가 怒(노)하여 너를 쳤으나 이제는 나의 恩惠(은혜)로 너를 矜恤(긍휼)히 여겼은즉 異邦人(이방인)들이 네 城壁(성벽)을 쌓을 것이요 그 王(왕)들이 너를 奉事(봉사)할 것이며

Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. Though in anger I struck you, in favor I will show you compassion.

And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.

11 네 城門(성문)이 恒常(항상) 열려 晝夜(주야)로 닫히지 아니하리니 이는 사람들이 네게로 列邦(열방)의 財物(재물)을 가져오며 그 王(왕)들을 捕虜(포로)로 이끌어 옴이라

Your gates will always stand open, they will never be shut, day or night, so that men may bring you the wealth of the nations--their kings led in triumphal procession.

Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought.

12 너를 섬기지 아니하는 百姓(백성)과 나라는 破滅(파멸)하리니 그 百姓(백성)들은 반드시 殄滅(진멸)되리라

For the nation or kingdom that will not serve you will perish; it will be utterly ruined.

For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

13 레바논의 榮光(영광) 곧 잣나무와 소나무와 黃楊木(황양목)이 함께 네게 이르러 내 거룩한 곳을 아름답게 할 것이며 내가 나의 발 둘 곳을 榮華(영화)롭게 할 것이라

The glory of Lebanon will come to you, the pine, the fir and the cypress together, to adorn the place of my sanctuary; and I will glorify the place of my feet.

The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

14 너를 괴롭게 하던 者(자)의 子孫(자손)이 몸을 굽혀 네게 나아오며 너를 蔑視(멸시)하던 모든 者(자)가 네 발 아래 엎드리어 너를 일컬어 여호와의 城邑(성읍)이라 이스라엘의 거룩한 者(자)의 시온이라 하리라

The sons of your oppressors will come bowing before you; all who despise you will bow down at your feet and will call you the City of the LORD, Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee, The city of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

15 ● 前(전)에는 네가 버림을 입으며 미움을 當(당)하였으므로 네게로 지나는 者(자)가 없었으나 이제는 내가 너로 永永(영영)한 아름다움과 代代(대대)의 기쁨이 되게 하리니

Although you have been forsaken and hated, with no one traveling through, I will make you the everlasting pride and the joy of all generations.

Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

16 네가 列邦(열방)의 젖을 빨며 列王(열왕)의 乳房(유방)을 빨고 나 여호와는 네 救援者(구원자), 네 救贖者(구속자), 야곱의 全能者(전능자)인 줄 알리라

You will drink the milk of nations and be nursed at royal breasts. Then you will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

17 내가 金(금)을 가져 놋을 代身(대신)하며 銀(은)을 가져 鐵(철)을 代身(대신)하며 놋으로 나무를 代身(대신)하며 鐵(철)로 돌을 代身(대신)하며 和平(화평)을 세워 官員(관원)을 삼으며 義(의)를 세워 監督(감독)을 삼으리니

Instead of bronze I will bring you gold, and silver in place of iron. Instead of wood I will bring you bronze, and iron in place of stones. I will make peace your governor and righteousness your ruler.

For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.

18 다시는 强暴(강포)한 일이 네 땅에 들리지 않을 것이요 荒廢(황폐)와 破滅(파멸)이 네 境內(경내)에 다시 없을 것이며 네가 네 城壁(성벽)을 救援(구원)이라, 네 城門(성문)을 讚頌(찬송)이라 稱(칭)할 것이라

No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.

Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.

19 다시는 낮에 해가 네 빛이 되지 아니하며 달도 네게 빛을 비취지 않을 것이요 오직 여호와가 네게 永永(영영)한 빛이 되며 네 하나님이 네 榮光(영광)이 되리니

The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.

The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.

20 다시는 네 해가 지지 아니하며 네 달이 물러가지 아니할 것은 여호와가 네 永永(영영)한 빛이 되고 네 슬픔의 날이 마칠 것임이니라

Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end.

Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

21 네 百姓(백성)이 다 義(의)롭게 되어 永永(영영)히 땅을 차지하리니 그들은 나의 심은 가지요 나의 손으로 만든 것으로서 나의 榮光(영광)을 나타낼 것인즉

Then will all your people be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor.

Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

22 그 작은 者(자)가 千(천)을 이루겠고 그 弱(약)한 者(자)가 强國(강국)을 이룰 것이라 때가 되면 나 여호와가 速(속)히 이루리라

The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the LORD; in its time I will do this swiftly." ISA

A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.
