1 여호와의 말씀이 내게 臨(임)하여 가라사대

The word of the LORD came to me:

The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

2 人子(인자)야 너는 두로를 爲(위)하여 哀歌(애가)를 지으라

Son of man, take up a lament concerning Tyre.

Now, thou son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;

3 너는 두로를 向(향)하여 이르기를 바다 어귀에 居(거)하여 여러 섬 百姓(백성)과 通商(통상)하는 者(자)여 主(주) 여호와의 말씀에 두로야 네가 말하기를 나는 穩全(온전)히 아름답다 하였도다

Say to Tyre, situated at the gateway to the sea, merchant of peoples on many coasts, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "'You say, O Tyre, "I am perfect in beauty."

And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfect beauty.

4 地境(지경)바다 가운데 있음이여 너를 지은 者(자)가 네 아름다움을 穩全(온전)케 하였도다

Your domain was on the high seas; your builders brought your beauty to perfection.

Thy borders are in the midst of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.

5 스닐의 잣나무로 네 판 者(자)를 만들었음이여 너를 爲(위)하여 레바논 柏香木(백향목)을 가져 돛대를 만들었도다

They made all your timbers of pine trees from Senir; they took a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.

They have made all thy ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.

6 바산 상수리나무로 네 櫓(노)를 만들었음이여 깃딤섬 黃楊木(황양목)에 象牙(상아)로 꾸며 甲板(갑판)을 만들었도다

Of oaks from Bashan they made your oars; of cypress wood from the coasts of Cyprus they made your deck, inlaid with ivory.

Of the oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; the company of the Ashurites have made thy benches of ivory, brought out of the isles of Chittim.

7 애굽繡(수) 놓은 가는 베로 돛을 만들어 旗(기)를 삼았음이여 엘리사 섬의 靑色(청색) 紫色(자색) 베로 遮日(차일)을 만들었도다

Fine embroidered linen from Egypt was your sail and served as your banner; your awnings were of blue and purple from the coasts of Elishah.

Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which thou spreadest forth to be thy sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered thee.

8 시돈과 아르왓 居民(거민)들이 네 沙工(사공)이 되었음이여 두로야 네 가운데 있는 博士(박사)가 네 船長(선장)이 되었도다

Men of Sidon and Arvad were your oarsmen; your skilled men, O Tyre, were aboard as your seamen.

The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy mariners: thy wise men, O Tyrus, that were in thee, were thy pilots.

9 그발의 老人(노인)과 博士(박사)들이 네 가운데서 배의 틈을 막는 者(자)가 되었음이여 바다의 모든 배와 그 沙工(사공)들은 네 가운데서 貿易(무역)하였도다

Veteran craftsmen of Gebal were on board as shipwrights to caulk your seams. All the ships of the sea and their sailors came alongside to trade for your wares.

The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers: all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to occupy thy merchandise.

10 바사와 룻과 붓이 네 軍隊(군대) 가운데서 兵丁(병정)이 되었음이여 네 가운데서 防牌(방패)와 투구를 달아 네 榮光(영광)을 나타내었도다

'Men of Persia, Lydia and Put served as soldiers in your army. They hung their shields and helmets on your walls, bringing you splendor.

They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in thine army, thy men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in thee; they set forth thy comeliness.

11 아르왓 사람과 네 軍隊(군대)는 네 四面(사면) 城(성) 위에 있었고 勇士(용사)들은 네 여러 望臺(망대)에 있었음이여 네 四面(사면) 城(성) 위에 防牌(방패)를 달아 네 아름다움을 穩全(온전)케 하였도다

Men of Arvad and Helech manned your walls on every side; men of Gammad were in your towers. They hung their shields around your walls; they brought your beauty to perfection.

The men of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadims were in thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have made thy beauty perfect.

12 다시스는 各種(각종) 寶貨(보화)가 豊富(풍부)하므로 너와 通商(통상)하였음이여 銀(은)과 鐵(철)과 상납과 납을 가지고 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Tarshish did business with you because of your great wealth of goods; they exchanged silver, iron, tin and lead for your merchandise.

Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.

13 야완과 두발과 메섹은 네 장사가 되었음이여 사람과 놋그릇을 가지고 네 商品(상품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Greece, Tubal and Meshech traded with you; they exchanged slaves and articles of bronze for your wares.

Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market.

14 도갈마 族屬(족속)은 말과 戰馬(전마)와 노새를 가지고 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하며

'Men of Beth Togarmah exchanged work horses, war horses and mules for your merchandise.

They of the house of Togarmah traded in thy fairs with horses and horsemen and mules.

15 드단 사람은 네 장사가 되었음이여 여러 섬이 너와 通商(통상)하여 象牙(상아)와 烏木(오목)을 가져 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

'The men of Rhodes traded with you, and many coastlands were your customers; they paid you with ivory tusks and ebony.

The men of Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of thine hand: they brought thee for a present horns of ivory and ebony.

16 너의 製造品(제조품)이 豊富(풍부)하므로 아람은 너와 通商(통상)하였음이여 藍寶石(남보석)과 紫色(자색) 베와 繡(수) 놓은 것과 가는 베와 珊瑚(산호)와 紅寶石(홍보석)을 가지고 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Aram did business with you because of your many products; they exchanged turquoise, purple fabric, embroidered work, fine linen, coral and rubies for your merchandise.

Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making: they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.

17 유다와 이스라엘 땅 사람이 네 장사가 되었음이여 민닛 밀과 菓子(과자)와 꿀과 기름과 乳香(유향)을 가지고 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Judah and Israel traded with you; they exchanged wheat from Minnith and confections, honey, oil and balm for your wares.

Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy merchants: they traded in thy market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm.

18 너의 製造品(제조품)이 많고 各種(각종) 寶貨(보화)가 豊富(풍부)하므로 다메섹이 너와 通商(통상)하였음이여 헬본 葡萄酒(포도주)와 흰 羊(양)털을 가지고 너와 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Damascus, because of your many products and great wealth of goods, did business with you in wine from Helbon and wool from Zahar.

Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool.

19 워단과 야완은 길쌈하는 실로 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였음이여 白鐵(백철)肉桂(육계)菖蒲(창포)가 네 商品中(상품중)에 있었도다

'Danites and Greeks from Uzal bought your merchandise; they exchanged wrought iron, cassia and calamus for your wares.

Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market.

20 드단은 네 장사가 되었음이여 탈 때 까는 毯(담)으로 너와 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Dedan traded in saddle blankets with you.

Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.

21 아라비아와 게달의 모든 方伯(방백)은 네 手下(수하)에 商賈(상고)가 되어 어린 羊(양)과 수羊(양)과 염소들 그것으로 너와 貿易(무역)하였도다

'Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your customers; they did business with you in lambs, rams and goats.

Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.

22 스바와 라아마의 장사들도 너의 장사들이 됨이여 各種(각종) 上等(상등) 香材料(향재료)와 各種(각종) 寶石(보석)과 黃金(황금)으로 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

'The merchants of Sheba and Raamah traded with you; for your merchandise they exchanged the finest of all kinds of spices and precious stones, and gold.

The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

23 하란과 간네와 에덴과 스바와 앗수르와 길맛의 장사들도 너의 장사들이라

'Haran, Canneh and Eden and merchants of Sheba, Asshur and Kilmad traded with you.

Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad, were thy merchants.

24 이들이 아름다운 物貨(물화)靑色(청색) 옷과 繡(수)놓은 物品(물품)과 빛난 옷을 柏香木(백향목) 箱子(상자)에 담고 노끈으로 묶어 가지고 너와 通商(통상)하여 네 物品(물품)을 貿易(무역)하였도다

In your marketplace they traded with you beautiful garments, blue fabric, embroidered work and multicolored rugs with cords twisted and tightly knotted.

These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.

25 다시스의 배는 떼를 지어 네 物貨(물화)를 실었음이여 네가 바다 中心(중심)에서 豊富(풍부)하여 榮華(영화)가 極(극)하였도다

'The ships of Tarshish serve as carriers for your wares. You are filled with heavy cargo in the heart of the sea.

The ships of Tarshish did sing of thee in thy market: and thou wast replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.

26 ● 네 沙工(사공)이 너를 引導(인도)하여 큰 물에 이름이여 東風(동풍)이 바다 中心(중심)에서 너를 破(파)하도다

Your oarsmen take you out to the high seas. But the east wind will break you to pieces in the heart of the sea.

Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.

27 네 財物(재물)과 商品(상품)과 貿易(무역)한 物件(물건)과 네 沙工(사공)과 船長(선장)과 네 배의 틈을 막는 者(자)와 네 장사와 네 가운데 있는 모든 勇士(용사)와 네 가운데 있는 모든 무리가 네 敗亡(패망)하는 날에 다 바다 中心(중심)에 빠질 것임이여

Your wealth, merchandise and wares, your mariners, seamen and shipwrights, your merchants and all your soldiers, and everyone else on board will sink into the heart of the sea on the day of your shipwreck.

Thy riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy ruin.

28 네 船長(선장)의 부르짖는 소리에 1)물결이 흔들리리로다

The shorelands will quake when your seamen cry out.

The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.

29 무릇 櫓(노)를 잡은 者(자)와 沙工(사공)과 바다의 船長(선장)들이 다 배에 내려 언덕에 서서

All who handle the oars will abandon their ships; the mariners and all the seamen will stand on the shore.

And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;

30 너를 爲(위)하여 크게 소리질러 痛哭(통곡)하고 티끌을 머리에 무릎쓰며 재 가운데 굶이여

They will raise their voice and cry bitterly over you; they will sprinkle dust on their heads and roll in ashes.

And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:

31 그들이 다 너를 爲(위)하여 머리털을 밀고 굵은 베로 띠를 띠고 마음이 아프게 슬피 痛哭(통곡)하리로다

They will shave their heads because of you and will put on sackcloth. They will weep over you with anguish of soul and with bitter mourning.

And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.

32 그들이 痛哭(통곡)할 때에 너를 爲(위)하여 哀歌(애가)를 불러 弔喪(조상)하는 말씀이여 두로 같이 바다 가운데서 寂寞(적막)한 者(자) 누구인고

As they wail and mourn over you, they will take up a lament concerning you: "Who was ever silenced like Tyre, surrounded by the sea?"

And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?

33 네 物品(물품)을 바다로 실어 낼 때에 네가 여러 百姓(백성)을 豊足(풍족)하게 하였음이여 네 財物(재물)과 貿易品(무역품)이 많으므로 世上(세상) 列王(열왕)을 豊富(풍부)케 하였었도다

When your merchandise went out on the seas, you satisfied many nations; with your great wealth and your wares you enriched the kings of the earth.

When thy wares went forth out of the seas, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.

34 네가 바다 깊은데서 破船(파선)한 때에 네 貿易品(무역품)과 네 乘客(승객)이 다 빠졌음이여

Now you are shattered by the sea in the depths of the waters; your wares and all your company have gone down with you.

In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall.

35 섬의 居民(거민)들이 너를 因(인)하여 놀라고 列王(열왕)이 甚(심)히 두려워하여 얼굴에 근심이 나타나도다

All who live in the coastlands are appalled at you; their kings shudder with horror and their faces are distorted with fear.

All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.

36 列國(열국)의 商賈(상고)가 다 너를 비웃음이여 네가 警戒(경계)거리가 되고 네가 永遠(영원)히 다시 있지 못하리라 하리로다 하셨다 하라

The merchants among the nations hiss at you; you have come to a horrible end and will be no more.'"

The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt be any more.
