그런즉 유대人(인)의 나음이 무엇이며 割禮(할례)의 有益(유익)이 무엇이뇨
What advantage, then, is there in being a Jew, or what value is there in circumcision? What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? |

凡事(범사)에 많으니 첫째는 저희가 ㄷ하나님의 말씀을 ㄹ맡았음이니라
Much in every way! First of all, they have been entrusted with the very words of God. Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. |

ㅁ어떤 者(자)들이 믿지 아니하였으면 어찌하리요 ㅂ그 믿지 아니함이 하나님의 미쁘심을 廢(폐)하겠느뇨
What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God's faithfulness? For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? |

그럴 수 없느니라 ㅅ사람은 다 거짓되되 오직 ㅇ하나님은 참되시다 할찌어다 記錄(기록)된 바 ㅈ主(주)께서 主(주)의 말씀에 義(의)롭다 함을 얻으시고 ㅊ判斷(판단)
받으실 때에 이기려 하심이라 함과 같으니라
Not at all! Let God be true, and every man a liar. As it is written: "So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge." God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. |

그러나 우리 不義(불의)가 하나님의 義(의)를 드러나게 하면 무슨 말 하리요 ㅋ내가 사람의 말하는 대로 말하노니 ㅌ震怒(진노)를 내리시는 하나님이 不義(불의)하시냐
But if our unrighteousness brings out God's righteousness more clearly, what shall we say? That God is unjust in bringing his wrath on us? (I am using a human argument.) But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man ) |

決(결)코 그렇지 아니하니라 萬一(만일) 그러하면 ㅍ하나님께서 어찌 世上(세상)을 審判(심판)하시리요
Certainly not! If that were so, how could God judge the world? God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world? |

그러나 나의 거짓말로 하나님의 참되심이 더 豊盛(풍성)하여 그의 榮光(영광)이 되었으면 ㅎ어찌 나도 罪人(죄인)처럼 審判(심판)을 받으리요

Someone might argue, "If my falsehood enhances God's truthfulness and so increases his glory, why am I still condemned as a sinner?" For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? |

또는 그러면 善(선)을 이루기 爲(위)하여 ㅏ惡(악)을 行(행)하자 하지 않겠느냐 어떤 이들이 이렇게 誹謗(비방)하여 우리가 이런 말을 한다고 하니 저희가 定罪(정죄) 받는 것이 옳으니라
Why not say--as we are being slanderously reported as saying and as some claim that we say--"Let us do evil that good may result"? Their condemnation is deserved. And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just. |

● 그러면 어떠하뇨 우리는 1)나으뇨 決(결)코 아니라 ㅑ유대人(인)이나 ㅓ헬라人(인)이나 다 ㅕ罪(죄) 아래 있다고 우리가 이미 宣言(선언)하였느니라
What shall we conclude then? Are we any better? Not at all! We have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under sin. What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; |

記錄(기록)한 바 ㅗ義人(의인)은 없나니 하나도 없으며
As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one; As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: |

깨닫는 者(자)도 없고 하나님을 찾는 者(자)도 없고
there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. |
12 |
다 치우쳐 한가지로 無益(무익)하게 되고 善(선)을 行(행)하는 者(자)는 없나니 하나도 없도다
All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one." They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. |

저희 ㅛ목구멍은 ㅜ열린 무덤이요 그 혀로는 속임을 베풀며 그 ㅠ입술에는 毒蛇(독사)의 毒(독)이 있고
Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit. "The poison of vipers is on their lips." Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: |

● 우리가 알거니와 무릇 ㄴ律法(율법)이 말하는 바는 律法(율법) 아래 있는 者(자)들에게 말하는 것이니 이는 ㄷ모든 입을 막고 ㄹ온 世上(세상)으로 하나님의 2)審判(심판) 아래 있게 하려 함이니라
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. |

그러므로 ㅁ律法(율법)의 行爲(행위)로 그의 앞에 義(의)롭다 하심을 얻을 肉體(육체)가 없나니
ㅂ律法(율법)으로는 罪(죄)를 깨달음이니라
Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. |

이제는 律法(율법) 外(외)에 ㅅ하나님의 한 義(의)가 ㅇ나타났으니 ㅈ律法(율법)과 先知者(선지자)들에게 證據(증거)를 받은 것이라
But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; |

곧 ㅊ예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암아 모든 믿는
者(자)에게 미치는 하나님의 義(의)니 ㅋ差別(차별)이 없느니라
This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: |

ㅌ모든 사람이 罪(죄)를 犯(범)하였으매 하나님의 榮光(영광)에 이르지 못하더니

God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished-- Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; |

곧 이 때에 自己(자기)의
義(의)로우심을 나타내사 自己(자기)도 ㅜ義(의)로우시며 또한 예수 믿는 者(자)를 義(의)롭다 하려 하심이니라

he did it to demonstrate his justice at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus. To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. |

그런즉 ㅠ자랑할 데가 어디뇨 있을 수가 없느니라 무슨 法(법)으로냐 行爲(행위)로냐 아니라 오직 믿음의 法(법)으로니라
Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of observing the law? No, but on that of faith. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. |

그러므로 사람이 義(의)롭다 하심을 얻는 것은 으律法(율법)의 行爲(행위)에 있지 않고 믿음으로 되는 줄 우리가

For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from observing the law. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. |

이하나님은 홀로 유대人(인)의 하나님뿐이시뇨 또 異邦人(이방인)의 하나님은 아니시뇨 眞實(진실)로 異邦人(이방인)의 하나님도 되시느니라
Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too, Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: |

割禮者(할례자)도 믿음으로 말미암아 또는
ㅐ無割禮者(무할례자)도 믿음으로 말미암아 義(의)롭다 하실
ㄱ하나님은 한 분이시니라
since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith. Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. |

그런즉 우리가 믿음으로 말미암아 律法(율법)을
廢(폐)하느뇨 그럴 수 없느니라 도리어 律法(율법)을 굳게 세우느니라
Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law. Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. |
