하나님 앞과 산 者(자)와 죽은 者(자)를 審判(심판)하실 ㅑ그리스도 예수 앞에서 ㅓ그의 나타나실 것과 그의 나라를 두고 ㅕ嚴(엄)히
命(명)하노니
In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his
appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge:

너는 말씀을 傳播(전파)하라 때를 얻든지 못 얻든지 恒常(항상)
힘쓰라 凡事(범사)에 오래 참음과 가르침으로 ㅗ警責(경책)하며 警戒(경계)하며 ㅛ勸(권)하라
Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience
and careful instruction.

ㅜ때가 이르리니 ㅠ사람이 1)바른 敎訓(교훈)을 받지 아니하며 귀가 가려워서 自己(자기)의 私慾(사욕)을 좇을 스승을 많이 두고
For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires,
they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

또 으그 귀를 眞理(진리)에서 돌이켜 이虛誕(허탄)한 이야기를 좇으리라
They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

| 5 |
그러나 너는 모든 일에 ㅐ謹愼(근신)하여 ㄱ苦難(고난)을 받으며 ㄴ傳道人(전도인)의
일을 하며 네 ㄷ職務(직무)를 다하라
But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the
duties of your ministry.

灌祭(관제)와 같이 벌써 ㄹ내가 訃音(부음)이 되고 ㅁ나의 떠날 期約(기약)이 가까왔도다
For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure.

ㅂ내가 善(선)한 싸움을 싸우고 ㅅ나의 달려갈 길을 마치고 믿음을 지켰으니
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

이제 後(후)로는 나를 爲(위)하여 ㅇ義(의)의 冕旒冠(면류관)이 ㅈ예비되었으므로 主(주) 곧 ㅊ義(의)로우신 裁判長(재판장)이
ㅋ그 날에 내게 주실 것이니 내게만 아니라 ㅌ主(주)의 나타나심을 思慕(사모)하는 모든 者(자)에게니라
Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to
me on that day--and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.

for Demas, because he loved this world, has deserted me and has gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to
Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia.

네가 올 때에 내가 드로아 가보의 집에 둔 겉옷을 가지고 오고 또 冊(책)은 特別(특별)히 가죽 종이에 쓴 것을 가져오라
When you come, bring the cloak that I left with Carpus at Troas, and my scrolls, especially the parchments.

구리 匠色(장색) ㅜ알렉산더가 내게 害(해)를 많이 보였으매 ㅠ主(주)께서 그 行(행)한 대로 저에게 갚으시리니
Alexander the metalworker did me a great deal of harm. The Lord will repay him for what he has done.

너도 저를 注意(주의)하라 저가 우리 말을 甚(심)히 對敵(대적)하였느니라
You too should be on your guard against him, because he strongly opposed our message.

내가 처음 辨明(변명)할 때에 나와 함께 한 者(자)가 하나도 없고 다 나를 버렸으나 으저희에게 허물을 돌리지 않기를 願(원)하노라

이主(주)께서 내 곁에 서서 ㅐ나를 康健(강건)케 하심은 나로 말미암아 ㄱ傳道(전도)의 말씀이 穩全(온전)히 傳播(전파)되어 ㄴ異邦人(이방인)으로 듣게 하려 하심이니 ㄷ내가 ㄹ獅子(사자)의 입에서 건지웠느니라
But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed
and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion's mouth.

ㅁ主(주)께서 나를 모든 惡(악)한 일에서 건져내시고 또 그의 天國(천국)에 들어 가도록 救援(구원)하시리니 ㅂ그에게 榮光(영광)이 世世(세세) 無窮(무궁)토록 있을찌어다 아멘
The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be
glory for ever and ever. Amen.
