ㄱ솔로몬이 祈禱(기도)를 마치매 ㄴ불이 하늘에서부터 내려와서 그 燔祭物(번제물)과 祭物(제물)들을 사르고 ㄷ여호와의 榮光(영광)이 그 殿(전)에
가득하니
When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the temple. Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house. |

여호와의 榮光(영광)이 여호와의 殿(전)에 가득하므로 祭司長(제사장)이 그 殿(전)에 能(능)히 들어가지 못하였고
The priests could not enter the temple of the LORD because the glory of the LORD filled it. And the priests could not enter into the house of the LORD, because the glory of the LORD had filled the LORD'S house. |

이스라엘 모든 子孫(자손)은 불이 내리는 것과 여호와의 榮光(영광)이 殿(전)에 있는 것을 보고 박석 깐 땅에 엎드려 敬拜(경배)하며 여호와께 感謝(감사)하여 가로되 善(선)하시도다 ㄹ그 仁慈(인자)하심이 永遠(영원)하도다 하니라

When all the Israelites saw the fire coming down and the glory of the LORD above the temple, they knelt on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and they worshiped and gave thanks to the LORD, saying, "He is good; his love endures forever." And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the LORD upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. |

● ㅁ이에 王(왕)과 모든 百姓(백성)이 여호와 앞에 祭祀(제사)를 드리니
Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the LORD. Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the LORD. |

솔로몬 王(왕)의 드린 祭物(제물)이 소가 二萬(이만) 二千(이천)이요 羊(양)이 十(십) 二萬(이만)이라 이와 같이 王(왕)과 모든 百姓(백성)이 하나님의 殿(전)의 落成式(낙성식)을 行(행)하니라
And King Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty-two thousand head of cattle and a hundred and twenty thousand sheep and goats. So the king and all uhe people dedicated the temple of God. And king Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty and two thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep: so the king and all the people dedicated the house of God. |

때에 祭司長(제사장)들은 職分(직분)대로 모셔서고 ㅂ레위 사람도 여호와의 樂器(악기)를 가지고 섰으니 이 樂器(악기)는 前(전)에 다윗 王(왕)이 레위 사람으로 여호와를
讚頌(찬송)하려고 만들어서 여호와의 仁慈(인자)하심이 永遠(영원)함을 感謝(감사)케 하던 것이라 ㅅ祭司長(제사장)은 무리 앞에서 나팔을 불고
온 이스라엘은 섰더라
The priests took their positions, as did the Levites with the LORD'S musical instruments, which King David had made for praising the LORD and which were used when he gave thanks, saying, "His love endures forever." Opposite the Levites, the priests blew their trumpets, and all the Israelites were standing. And the priests waited on their offices: the Levites also with instruments of musick of the LORD, which David the king had made to praise the LORD, because his mercy endureth for ever, when David praised by their ministry; and the priests sounded trumpets before them, and all Israel stood. |

ㅇ솔로몬이 또 여호와의 殿(전) 앞뜰 가운데를 거룩히 區別(구별)하고 거기서 燔祭物(번제물)과 和睦祭(화목제)의 기름을 드렸으니 이는 솔로몬의 지은 놋壇(단)이 能(능)히 그
燔祭物(번제물)과 素祭物(소제물)과 기름을 容納(용납)할 수 없음이더라
Solomon consecrated the middle part of the courtyard in front of the temple of the LORD, and there he offered burnt offerings and the fat of the fellowship offerings, because the bronze altar he had made could not hold the burnt offerings, the grain offerings and the fat portions. Moreover Solomon hallowed the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the brasen altar which Solomon had made was not able to receive the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat. |

● 그 때에 솔로몬이 七日(칠일)동안 節期(절기)를 지켰는데 ㅈ하맛 어귀에서부터 ㅊ애굽 河水(하수)까지의 온 이스라엘의 甚(심)히 큰 會衆(회중)이 모여 저와 함께 하였더니
So Solomon observed the festival at that time for seven days, and all Israel with him--a vast assembly, people from Lebo Hamath to the Wadi of Egypt. Also at the same time Solomon kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt. |

第(제) 八日(팔일)에 무리가 ㅋ한 聖會(성회)를 여니라 壇(단)의 落成式(낙성식)을 七日(칠일) 동안 行(행)한 後(후) 이 節期(절기)를 七日(칠일) 동안 지키니라

On the eighth day they held an assembly, for they had celebrated the dedication of the altar for seven days and the festival for seven days more. And in the eighth day they made a solemn assembly: for they kept the dedication of the altar seven days, and the feast seven days. |

七月(칠월) 二十三日(이십삼일)에 王(왕)이 百姓(백성)을 그 帳幕(장막)으로 돌려보내매 百姓(백성)이 여호와께서 다윗과 솔로몬과 그 百姓(백성) 이스라엘에게
베푸신 恩惠(은혜)를 因(인)하여 기뻐하며 마음에 즐거워하였더라
On the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people to their homes, joyful and glad in heart for the good things the LORD had done for David and Solomon and for his people Israel. And on the three and twentieth day of the seventh month he sent the people away into their tents, glad and merry in heart for the goodness that the LORD had shewed unto David, and to Solomon, and to Israel his people. |

● ㅌ솔로몬이 여호와의 殿(전)과 王宮(왕궁)을 畢役(필역)하고 무릇 그
心中(심중)에 여호와의 殿(전)과 自己(자기)의 宮闕(궁궐)에 어떻게 만들고자 한 것을 다 亨通(형통)하게 이루니라
When Solomon had finished the temple of the LORD and the royal palace, and had succeeded in carrying out all he had in mind to do in the temple of the LORD and in his own palace, Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king's house: and all that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, he prosperously effected. |

밤에 여호와께서 솔로몬에게 나타나사 이르시되 내가 이미 네 祈禱(기도)를 듣고 ㅍ이곳을 擇(택)하여 내게 祭祀(제사)하는 殿(전)을 삼았으니

the LORD appeared to him at night and said: "I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for myself as a temple for sacrifices. And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice. |

ㅎ或(혹) 내가 하늘을 닫고 비를 내리지
아니하거나 或(혹) 메뚜기로 土産(토산)을 먹게 하거나 或(혹) 染病(염병)으로 내 百姓(백성) 가운데 流行(유행)하게 할 때에
When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; |

내 이름으로 일컫는 내 百姓(백성)이 그 惡(악)한 길에서 떠나 ㅏ스스로 兼備(겸비)하고
祈禱(기도)하여 내 얼굴을 求(구)하면 내가 하늘에서 듣고 그 罪(죄)를
赦(사)하고
그 땅을 고칠찌라

if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. |

ㅑ이곳에서 하는 祈禱(기도)에 내가 눈을 들고 귀를 기울이리니

Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. |

이는 내가 이미 이 殿(전)을 擇(택)하고 거룩하게 하여 내 이름으로 여기 永永(영영)히 있게 하였음이라 내 눈과 내 마음이 恒常(항상) 여기 있으리라
I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there. For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. |

네가 萬一(만일) 내 앞에서 行(행)하기를 네 아비 다윗 같이 하여 내가 네게 命(명)한 모든 것을 行(행)하여 내 律例(율례)와 規例(규례)를 지키면
As for you, if you walk before me as David your father did, and do all I command, and observe my decrees and laws, And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and shalt observe my statutes and my judgments; |

내가 네 나라 位(위)를 堅固(견고)케 하되 前(전)에 내가 네 아비 다윗과 言約(언약)하기를 ㅓ이스라엘을 다스릴 者(자)가 네게서 끊어지지
아니하리라 한 대로 하리라
I will establish your royal throne, as I covenanted with David your father when I said, 'You shall never fail to have a man to rule over Israel.' Then will I stablish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel. |

● ㅕ그러나 너희가 萬一(만일) 돌이켜 내가 너희 앞에 둔 내 律例(율례)와 命令(명령)을 버리고 가서 다른 神(신)을 섬겨 崇拜(숭배)하면
But if you turn away and forsake the decrees and commands I have given you and go off to serve other gods and worship them, But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; |

내가 저희에게 준 땅에서 ㅗ그 뿌리를 뽑아내고 내 이름을 爲(위)하여 거룩하게 한 이 殿(전)을 내 앞에서 버려 모든 民族(민족) 中(중)에 ㅛ俗談(속담)거리와
이야기거리가 되게 하리니
then I will uproot Israel from my land, which I have given them, and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. I will make it a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples. Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations. |

이 殿(전)이 비록 높을찌라도 무릇 그리로 지나가는 者(자)가 놀라 가로되 ㅜ여호와께서 무슨 까닭으로 이 땅과 이 殿(전)에 이같이 行(행)하셨는고하면
And though this temple is now so imposing, all who pass by will be appalled and say, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this land and to this temple?' And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house? |
22 |
對答(대답)하기를 저희가 自己(자기) 列祖(열조)를 애굽 땅에서 引導(인도)하여 내신 自己(자기) 하나님 여호와를 버리고 다른 神(신)에게 附從(부종)하여 그를 崇拜(숭배)하여 섬기므로 여호와께서 이 모든 災殃(재앙)을 저희에게 내리셨다 하리라 하셨더라
People will answer, 'Because they have forsaken the LORD, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them--that is why he brought all this disaster on them.'" And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them. |
