My lover has gone down to his garden, to the beds of spices, to browse in the gardens and to gather lilies. My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies. |

ㅁ나는 나의 사랑하는 者(자)에게 屬(속)하였고 나의 사랑하는 者(자)는 내게 屬(속)하였다 그가 百合花(백합화) 가운데서 그 羊(양)떼를 먹이는구나
I am my lover's and my lover is mine; he browses among the lilies. I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine: he feedeth among the lilies. |

● ㅂ내 사랑아 너의 어여쁨이 ㅅ디르사같고 너의 ㅇ고움이 ㅈ예루살렘 같고 ㅊ嚴威(엄위)함이 旗幟(기치)를 벌인 軍隊(군대) 같구나
You are beautiful, my darling, as Tirzah, lovely as Jerusalem, majestic as troops with banners. Thou art beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, comely as Jerusalem, terrible as an army with banners. |

ㅛ女子(여자)들이 그를 보고 福(복)된 者(자)라 하고 王后(왕후)와 妃嬪(비빈)들도 그를 稱讚(칭찬)하는구나

Who is this that appears like the dawn, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, majestic as the stars in procession? Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners? |

● 골짜기의 으푸른 草木(초목)을 보려고 이葡萄(포도)나무가 순(荀)이 났는가
石榴(석류)나무가 꽃이 피었는가 알려고 내가 胡桃(호도) 동산으로 내려 갔을 때에
I went down to the grove of nut trees to look at the new growth in the valley, to see if the vines had budded or the pomegranates were in bloom. I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, and to see whether the vine flourished, and the pomegranates budded. |

ㅐ不知中(부지중)에 내 마음이 나로 내 ㄱ貴(귀)한 百姓(백성)의 ㄴ수레 가운데 이르게 하였구나
Before I realized it, my desire set me among the royal chariots of my people. Or ever I was aware, my soul made me like the chariots of Amminadib. |

Come back, come back, O Shulammite; come back, come back, that we may gaze on you! Why would you gaze on the Shulammite as on the dance of Mahanaim? Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? As it were the company of two armies. |
